Tank Out Of Ammo

Your tank went out of ammo. You know why? 

Because you suck!
(And because someone considered adding a shooting mechanic to the game to be definitely too much effort.)

Now go look for the "destroy all enemies at once button" that is somewhere hidden here (Hint: following these weird green things might be a good idea).

And watch out for falling bombs. You will die in on hit because above someone was also too lazy to implement a fair health system.
